You need to install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition + SP2 (or better) with SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) on the Application Server Database.

For performance purposes, it is recommended that you use two separate SQL Server VMs; one for the Application server and the other for the Data Processing server.

You can use one SQL Server VM to service both the Application and Data Processing servers but you may experience extreme load during certain phases for certain projects. If you use one SQL Server VM, you need to have the maximum amount of RAM and CPU dedicated to this SQL Server.
